Fortnite update 6.01 PATCH NOTES releasing for Season 6 during server downtime
FORTNITE patch notes will be released before update 6.01 is launched and during the coming server downtime announced by Epic Games. Fortnite patch notes are being released before the latest update from Epic Games goes live. The development team made the announcement earlier today, warning Fortnite fans that the game would be going offline. This will be the first update since season 6 was released last week, and promises to add new content to the game.
Patch notes will be released while Fortnite is down and servers offline, this is expected to happen at around 8am in the UK. Players will start getting booted from live games around 20 minutes before on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and Mobile. This will be followed by the new 6.01 update being released by Epic Games and will be available to download on all platforms.
And while we don’t have the full list of patch notes now, we have been given some big hints as to what could be included in update 6.01. Epic Games has confirmed that they want to release more audio upgrades during season 6, having already launched some as part of the season 6 update. Here are some others that will be coming soon, although not confirmed for this specific update. During Season 6 A system to add audio tells for in-air movement options (falling, Bouncers, Shockwave Grenades, etc). In Fortnite there are a lot of options for players who want to send themselves flying through the air. We want to add sound to players as they fly.
This will provide additional tactical information and reduce cases where a player launches behind you without you knowing it. Better info to help you predict where your enemy may approach from. Discover and address cases where sounds don’t play at all. Due to the chaotic nature of the game, sometimes important cues fail to play or are lost in the mix. We’re working on identifying and fixing cases where this occurs. And according to the Trello boards, Epic Games are looking to fix a range of bugs affecting audio and glitches in the loading screen.
These include: While loading in, players may notice an unrendered version of the Starter Island appear for a short time, then be replaced with the loading screen again until the map fully renders. When using certain emotes, at the end of the audio track when it starts to repeat there can be an audible “pop” sound. The Fortnite Trello page also confirms that a fix is on the way for mini-map, rendering and audio issues. Away from that, Fortnite players can also look forward to brand new LTM being released today. Disco Domination will task players to win a king-of-the-hill style contest with only their best moves.
“Capture and defend Dance Floors around the island using emotes to earn points,” the official description reads. The aim of the game is to impress your friends with your dance moves, although it’s hard to say just how much boogieing one gamer can take.tags:Fortnite update 6.01 PATCH NOTES releasing for Season 6 during server downtime, FORTNITE patch notes will be released before update 6.01 is launched and, during the coming server downtime announced by Epic Games.,
